Pay
Rates: Payment for all
children is due each week of service. Parents may also pre-pay
weekly or monthly. images/WCELC reserves the
right to charge 10% interest per month on unpaid accounts.
There is a one-time enrollment fee for each child - $10.00 for
first child and $5.00/each for all other children in a family.
Half day rates apply to 5 hours or less per day. Re:
Assistance Program: If a child's attendance falls below the
required 80% attendance rate, images/WCELC has the
right to terminate services. If your child will not be
attending due to vacation (prior to the vacation), illness or
any other reason, you are required to notify the office.

ISBE Pre-K do not pay for the 2.5 hours of prekindergarten
service. Hours: The center is open Monday through Friday, from
6:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. (unless posted differently). Late
Fees: Please remember closing time. A charge of $1.00 per
minute after closing time will be made for each child picked
up late, unless extended care has been arranged.

Your family's income must be
less than the amount listed in the table below for your family
size. You can also receive assistance if you are going
to college.You can also find an eligibility calculator at the
Illinois Department of Human Services website, Calculate
Your Eligibility. Note: If you are claimed as a tax
dependent, the income of the person claiming you is also
counted. Copays were cut 15% November 1, 2009.
